1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Worldwide Fragrances, the trading name of WORLD WIDE FRAGRANCES TRADING L.L.C., a company operating in the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms & Conditions govern access to our website, the purchase of products, use of our online services, and related transactions between Worldwide Fragrances and its customers, commercial clients, and business partners.

3. Customer Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Unless expressly indicated, the sale or listing of a third-party product does not imply that Worldwide Fragrances is its manufacturer, trademark owner, exclusive distributor, or officially appointed brand representative.

Genuine products may exhibit legitimate variations in packaging, labeling, batch codes, regional presentation, and manufacturing design.

Such differences do not automatically establish that a product is counterfeit or defective.

We will investigate reasonable, properly supported concerns concerning authenticity and provide applicable remedies where required by law.

Worldwide Fragrances does not knowingly trade in counterfeit products.

5. Product Descriptions, Images and Representations

6. Product Availability and Stock Management

All products are subject to availability.

Business purchasers must satisfy import and resale requirements applicable to their activities.

We do not guarantee customs clearance or regulatory approval by foreign authorities.

Any financial consequences of failed clearance will be determined according to the applicable contract, responsibility for the failure, and mandatory law.

For separately negotiated B2B shipments, delivery terms, risk transfer, insurance, and importer-of-record responsibilities should be documented in the relevant commercial agreement.

13. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Actual project obligations are determined by the applicable signed agreement and mandatory law.

Worldwide Fragrances does not automatically assume the legal responsibilities of independent manufacturers, suppliers, or brand owners solely by coordinating a proposed project. Its responsibilities will depend on its actual contractual role and applicable law.

17. Intellectual Property, Trademarks and Branding

The Worldwide Fragrances trading name, original brand materials, website content, designs, images, and proprietary documentation are protected to the extent recognized by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, fragrance brands, product designs, packaging, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective lawful owners.

Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer intellectual property ownership or grant rights to reproduce protected designs or branding.

No visitor or commercial partner receives a license to use proprietary materials except where expressly authorized or otherwise permitted by law.
