WORLDWIDE FRAGRANCES

Legal Entity: WORLD WIDE FRAGRANCES TRADING L.L.C.
Trade License No.: 798713
Registration No.: 203489
Effective Date: 5 November 2026
Website: www.worldwidefragrances.com

1. Introduction and Scope

Worldwide Fragrances is committed to arranging reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of fragrance and related products to customers within the United Arab Emirates and supported international destinations.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the processing, dispatch, shipping, delivery, and fulfillment of orders placed through our website, subject to applicable laws and any specifically agreed contractual terms.

Worldwide Fragrances may fulfill orders directly or through authorized logistics providers, courier companies, warehouses, suppliers, and fulfillment partners.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights or legal obligations.

2. Order Processing and Preparation

Orders are processed following receipt and any necessary payment, inventory, delivery, or security verification.

Processing may involve product selection, stock verification, packaging, quality checks, shipment documentation, and courier coordination.

Orders placed outside business hours, during public holidays, or during periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. This does not mean that warehouse operations, customer support, courier collections, and physical deliveries operate continuously.

Customers will be informed of material fulfillment problems in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.

3. Delivery Within the United Arab Emirates

Worldwide Fragrances provides delivery to supported locations within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery availability and estimated timeframes depend on the destination, product availability, order processing, courier coverage, and other relevant circumstances.

Estimated delivery timeframes displayed on our website or at checkout are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed or required by law.

Worldwide Fragrances will take reasonable steps to fulfill accepted orders within the agreed or legally required timeframe.

If a material delivery delay occurs, we will review the circumstances and provide appropriate assistance and remedies in accordance with applicable law.

4. UAE Shipping Charges and Free Delivery

Worldwide Fragrances currently advertises free UAE delivery on qualifying orders above AED 200.

Eligibility is determined by the applicable promotional conditions and the qualifying order value displayed during checkout.

Orders that do not qualify for free delivery may incur a shipping charge, which will be disclosed before the customer confirms the purchase.

Additional delivery services or exceptional logistics arrangements may involve separate charges where expressly disclosed and lawfully agreed.

Worldwide Fragrances will not impose undisclosed shipping charges contrary to applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws.

The Company may amend shipping offers for future orders without unlawfully altering the terms of transactions already accepted.

5. International Shipping

Worldwide Fragrances may provide international delivery to selected countries and destinations where appropriate shipping arrangements are available.

International shipping availability depends on the destination country's laws, courier coverage, customs requirements, product characteristics, and transport restrictions.

Shipping charges, available methods, and relevant delivery estimates will be communicated through checkout or an agreed commercial quotation.

Worldwide Fragrances reserves the right to decline or cancel a shipment where fulfillment would be unlawful, prohibited, unsafe, or commercially impracticable, subject to applicable contractual duties and refund obligations.

International delivery availability may change as logistics conditions and regulatory requirements evolve.

6. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Clearance

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, local taxes, documentation requirements, and other destination-country charges.

Responsibility for applicable import charges and customs formalities will be determined by the shipping terms disclosed or agreed for the transaction and by mandatory law.

Unless a shipment is expressly sold on terms under which Worldwide Fragrances assumes the relevant import costs and responsibilities, customers may be responsible for charges imposed on them by destination-country authorities.

International purchasers are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating with applicable import procedures.

Worldwide Fragrances does not guarantee customs clearance or approval by foreign authorities.

Where a shipment is delayed, detained, refused, or returned by customs authorities, the parties' rights and obligations will be determined by the applicable law, contractual terms, and reason for the interruption.

7. Fragrance Transportation and Dangerous-Goods Restrictions

Perfumes and other fragrance products may contain alcohol or ingredients subject to flammable-liquid, dangerous-goods, aviation, or transport restrictions.

Certain products may not be eligible for specific shipping methods, destinations, or transportation networks.

Worldwide Fragrances may use approved packaging, transportation arrangements, and authorized logistics partners appropriate to the products being shipped.

The Company may refuse or modify a proposed shipping arrangement where necessary for legal compliance or transportation safety.

Customers must not request false product declarations, improper labeling, or unauthorized shipping arrangements.

8. Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery estimates depend on processing requirements, product availability, courier operations, destination conditions, and relevant external circumstances.

Possible causes of delay include:

  • Courier or transportation disruptions.

  • Customs inspections and clearance procedures.

  • Public holidays and peak seasonal demand.

  • Severe weather or extraordinary events.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

  • Restricted destinations or regulated products.

  • Payment or identity verification requirements.

  • Supplier or fulfillment interruptions.

Worldwide Fragrances will take reasonable steps to communicate and address material delays.

Third-party logistics delays do not automatically eliminate the Company's legal obligations.

Customers retain any applicable cancellation, refund, delivery, or other remedies under mandatory law and the agreed contract.

9. Delivery Address and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient's name, telephone number, address, and relevant delivery instructions.

The customer should promptly notify Worldwide Fragrances of any errors identified after placing an order.

Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Where incorrect information supplied by the customer causes an unsuccessful delivery, additional reasonable costs may be charged if lawfully recoverable and properly disclosed.

Worldwide Fragrances is not responsible for losses caused solely by incorrect information for which it bears no legal responsibility.

Nothing in this section removes remedies arising from the Company's own errors or legally attributable delivery failures.

10. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Courier partners may contact customers to coordinate delivery.

Customers should remain reasonably available during scheduled delivery arrangements and provide any required access instructions.

If delivery is unsuccessful, further attempts or alternative arrangements may be offered where available.

Repeated failed deliveries, unjustified refusal of receipt, or inability to contact the recipient may result in the parcel being returned to the relevant fulfillment location.

Any redelivery, return-shipping, or handling charges will be assessed according to disclosed terms and applicable law.

The Company will not automatically retain the entire payment for an undelivered order where doing so would violate applicable contractual or statutory obligations.

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and supported delivery destinations.

Availability is determined by the options presented at checkout.

Customers selecting COD must provide accurate contact information and make the agreed payment when delivery is properly tendered, subject to applicable contractual and legal rights.

The Company may conduct reasonable verification for COD transactions and may restrict the service where justified by fraud prevention, operational limitations, or other lawful reasons.

Any applicable COD-related charges will be disclosed before confirmation of the order.

12. Shipment Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Where supported by the relevant logistics provider, Worldwide Fragrances may provide shipment tracking information or delivery-status notifications.

Tracking information is generated or updated through the courier's systems and may not always reflect real-time movement.

A tracking entry indicating dispatch or delivery is evidence relevant to shipment status but is not automatically conclusive proof against a legitimate customer claim.

Delivery confirmations, recipient details, courier records, and other available evidence may be reviewed when investigating disputes.

13. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Shipments

Customers should inspect delivered parcels within a reasonable time and report visible damage, missing products, or incorrectly supplied items promptly.

For efficient courier investigations, Worldwide Fragrances encourages customers to contact us within 48 hours of delivery when reasonably possible.

This requested timeframe does not extinguish statutory rights or remedies.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number or invoice reference.

  • Photographs of the parcel and packaging.

  • Details of damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

  • Relevant product information.

Worldwide Fragrances will investigate supported claims and provide applicable remedies in accordance with the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy and mandatory law.

14. Lost Shipments

If a shipment appears lost, Worldwide Fragrances may request an investigation by the relevant courier or logistics partner.

Customers should contact our support team if tracking information indicates a material delivery problem.

We may review available carrier records, delivery confirmations, customer correspondence, and other relevant evidence.

Where Worldwide Fragrances remains legally responsible for a lost shipment, the appropriate remedy will be provided according to applicable law.

No provision of this policy automatically transfers the risk of loss to a retail customer merely because the parcel was handed to a courier.

15. Ownership and Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk relating to purchased products are determined by the applicable contract and governing law.

For consumer transactions, any transfer of risk must comply with mandatory consumer protection requirements.

For wholesale and international business transactions, the parties may expressly agree on delivery terms, title transfer, insurance arrangements, and risk allocation through approved commercial documentation.

Where internationally recognized Incoterms are used, the relevant rule and version should be expressly identified in the applicable contract.

No provision of this general policy overrides a mandatory legal rule concerning product risk or delivery obligations.

16. Returns to Sender and Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be returned to the sender where delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, customs restrictions, refusal of delivery, or other relevant circumstances.

Worldwide Fragrances will review the cause of the failed shipment before determining the appropriate resolution.

Where the customer is responsible for a failed delivery, reasonable and legally recoverable charges may apply.

Where Worldwide Fragrances is responsible for non-delivery, the customer will retain the remedies available under the applicable contract and law.

Refunds and reshipments will be handled under the relevant legal requirements and published policies.

17. Wholesale, Bulk and B2B Deliveries

Wholesale orders, commercial distribution shipments, bulk purchases, and other B2B transactions may require separate delivery arrangements.

Commercial shipping terms may address:

  • Minimum order quantities and packaging.

  • Delivery locations and transport methods.

  • Freight charges and insurance.

  • Customs clearance and importer responsibilities.

  • Inspection, shortage, and damage procedures.

  • Risk and title transfer.

  • Partial shipments and delivery schedules.

  • Warehouse collection and receiving obligations.

Such arrangements must be documented in the relevant quotation, purchase order, sales agreement, or other approved commercial record.

Separately negotiated and enforceable B2B shipping provisions prevail over inconsistent general website terms where expressly applicable.

18. Manufacturing, Private Label and Customized Orders

Orders involving private-label products, customized packaging, manufacturing coordination, or specialized product development may require additional preparation and fulfillment procedures.

Production schedules, sample approvals, regulatory compliance, packaging requirements, minimum quantities, and shipping arrangements will be governed by the relevant written agreement.

General retail delivery estimates do not automatically apply to customized manufacturing or private-label projects.

Specific delivery obligations, delay remedies, responsibilities, and liability allocations will be determined according to the applicable contract and governing law.

19. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Events

Events beyond reasonable control may affect transportation, customs operations, logistics networks, and delivery performance.

Such events may include natural disasters, armed conflict, significant governmental restrictions, major transportation disruptions, or other qualifying extraordinary circumstances.

The contractual consequences of such events will be determined by applicable law and the relevant agreement.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to mitigate disruption and comply with applicable notification obligations.

Nothing in this section automatically eliminates mandatory customer remedies or legally enforceable obligations.

20. Fraud Prevention and Shipment Security

Worldwide Fragrances may implement reasonable and lawful measures to prevent fraudulent orders, unauthorized payment activity, false delivery claims, parcel tampering, and other unlawful conduct.

Verification may include reviewing payment details, delivery records, customer communications, and courier confirmations.

Customers must not knowingly provide false shipping information, impersonate recipients, manipulate delivery evidence, or misuse shipment claims.

Proven unlawful conduct may be addressed through legally available remedies.

Legitimate customer complaints will not be rejected merely because security or verification procedures are necessary.

21. Limitation of Liability

Worldwide Fragrances is responsible for shipping and fulfillment obligations imposed by applicable law and enforceable contracts.

To the extent legally permitted, the Company is not responsible for losses caused exclusively by circumstances for which it bears no legal responsibility.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted transportation networks, customs clearance, or availability of all courier services.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts liability for fraud, willful misconduct, legally attributable loss or damage, mandatory consumer rights, or other responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Company shareholders, directors, managers, and employees do not automatically assume personal contractual liability merely by performing authorized duties on behalf of the Company, without prejudice to any independent liability imposed by law.

22. Relationship With Other Policies

This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Where applicable contractual provisions conflict, mandatory law takes precedence.

Separately negotiated business agreements prevail to the extent expressly applicable and legally enforceable.

This policy does not independently create an exclusive distribution agreement, guaranteed service level, manufacturing commitment, or other commercial arrangement not expressly agreed.

23. Customer Support and Complaints

Customers may contact Worldwide Fragrances regarding shipment status, delivery difficulties, missing products, damaged parcels, or international shipping enquiries.

We will review enquiries and complaints in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.

Nothing in this policy prevents customers from seeking remedies through competent consumer protection authorities, courts, or other legally authorized bodies.

24. Policy Updates

Worldwide Fragrances may update this policy to reflect changes in shipping services, courier arrangements, international regulations, operational requirements, or applicable laws.

Revisions will generally apply prospectively.

Changes will not unlawfully modify rights or delivery obligations arising from existing accepted orders.

The most recently published policy will identify its applicable revision date.

25. Governing Law and Legal Compliance

This policy is intended to comply with applicable United Arab Emirates laws, including relevant consumer protection and modern technology-based trade legislation.

International transactions may also be subject to mandatory laws in the relevant destination or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this policy excludes statutory rights, remedies, or obligations that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Where required, relevant consumer-facing disclosures will be provided in accordance with applicable UAE language and transparency requirements.
